At Rancho Manzana, the building dates from the mid-1700's, a time when Northern New Mexico was still largely unsettled. Since 1992, we have operated Rancho Manzana as a private business, taking great care in an on-going restoration process to provide a relaxing, hospitable retreat within this wonderful adobe structure.
